Shipping Times

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and including the garments manufacture, should arrive within 10 working
days from payment confirmation to anywhere in Australia (Not including week ends and NSW and Australian public
holidays).

International orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Air Mail will take 14-28 days due to custom
regulations in different countries (However this delivery time is usually less). International orders may include
duty and custom fees in the destination countries.

Customers will receive an email detailing shipping times upon their order.


Postage Prices

Postage within Australia is set at AU $7.95 for each item (includes registered mail)
And an extra AU $3 for each additional item mailed to the same address

International shipping will be quoted on request. Shipping will included registered Air Mail and a postage pack
for more durability via international travel.

Approximate shipping charges to:
Europe =AU $25.95
USA = AU $ 21.95

These prices and additional charges for extra garments will be confirmed on request.
Please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and / or local taxes in the country
of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge
must be borne by the recipient.

Insurance is available on request for both Australian and international shipping.

International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of
these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. HOODA will provide as much assistance as
possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

HOODA takes no responsibility for items lost in transit once the order has been dispatched. All products will
be posted registered post and delivery dates are estimates only.

HOODA reserves the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.

Deliver Delays

Customers are reminded that Hooda’s are not mass-produced by sweatshops. Each item is custom made following
purchase confirmation. The Hooda’s are hand made with the love of only one mum. However orders during normal
operating conditions can be processed and sent within the shipping times nominated above.

Unforseen supply problems and/ or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable or slightly
longer delays in manufacture.

Should there be a delay in despatching your order, HOODA will contact you immediately, via email, to advise you of
the reason for the delay. You will be asked if you still wish to proceed with your order if such a delay occurs.
